Athletics' Braden scratched from start

In 15 starts this season, Braden is 4-7 with a 3.83 ERA. However, the left- hander has not won since tossing a perfect game against the Rays on May 9.

Vin Mazzaro will start in place of Braden. He is 2-2 in eight appearances (five starts) this year.
