In great place after a sweep of all six matches on Saturday, the U.S. won 12 1/2 - 7 1/2 to run its all-time record to 27-6-3.

Cydney Clanton got another point for the Americans with her 4 & 3 win over Hannah Barwood. Jessica Korda picked up another point for the U.S. with another 4 & 3 win over Pamela Pretswell.

The GB&I squad won the remaining matches.

Lisa Maguire pulled out a 1-up victory over Kimberly Kim and, after the outcome was already determined, Lisa's twin sister Leona beat Tiffany Lua, 2 & 1 and Holly Clyburn won the anchor match, 2 & 1, over Stephanie Kono.
